Building should be constructed in accordance with the Building Code: Any person, organization or government agency should construct the building in accordance with the standards specified in the Building Code. While constructing the building, the map and design of the building must be certified by a designer, engineer or architect of the same level, at least under the supervision of a designer or his representative, engineer or architect of the same level.
